For the correct use of the Skin suit,
we must take into account the following indications:
After each training session the suit must be washed for hygiene reasons.
To wash it, it is necessary to remove the material by following these steps:
1. Disconnect the 20-pin battery located on the side to detach the cable connected to the device.
2. Hand wash the suit (if not possible with a gentle, cold washing machine program).
The use of anti-bacterial spray is recommended after each day of training to improve hygiene and extend operational life.

We give you an official certificate that guarantees your abilities to your clients as a qualified trainer in the latest generation of EMS training.
1. Putting on the electrostimulation Suit
1.1 The user about to carry out the training session must put on the set of underwear in the case of having an Adjustable suit and then put on the electrostimulation vest. It would not be necessary for a Skin suit.
1.2 In the case of the Adjustable suit, the electrodes must be moistened with water before fitting (warm water is recommended) each of the electrodes on the inside of the vest. It is not necessary to wet the Skin suit. Sweat generated by warming-up is necessary.
1.3 Once each electrode is wet, the jacket is ready for use.
2. Device connection
2.1 The device will be connected on the one hand to the power bank, and on the other hand to the suit.
3. Device control
Option 1: Manual control by manipulating the device itself. The device has different buttons for manipulation. It also has different LED indicators for each muscle group, which will help us to visually determine their intensity.

7. Modification of the device during the training
In this step you’ll be able to modify the device during the training.
Recommendations before training
- Ensure a sufficient supply of liquid to moisten the EMS jacket.
- Do not eat just before a training session.
- If there are existing health problems, please contact your doctor before starting training.
- It is recommended that a fitness test be performed before starting a new sports activity.
- With pacemakers, training is strictly forbidden.
- Training should only be conducted by a perfectly trained staff.
- Stop exercising if symptoms such as shortness of breath or dizziness appear.
- Never hold your breath during exercise.
- At the beginning of a training session, perform simple exercises such as warm-up.
- Wet your underwear (and electrodes if you think it is appropriate).
- Wear appropriate sports shoes.
Warnings
- This device can be used by children over the age of 8 and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given appropriate monitoring or training in the safe use of the device and understand the dangers involved.
- Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by children without supervision.
- Do not increase the power of the electrostimulation by more than 20% if the user has not noticed an increase in power.
- When the training is paused, the power of the stimulation should never be increased to avoid an overload of the electrostimulation when the training is restarted.
Contraindications
ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATIONS are the following ones:
Pacemakers.
Pregnancy.
Severe inflammatory events.
Open wounds/thrombosis.
Tumors.
Blood circulation problems and severe heart rhythm disturbances.
Epilepsy.
Metal plates.
For RELATIVE CONTRAINDICATIONS,
treatment should be carried out after explicit
consultation with your attending doctor:
Spastic muscle disorders.
Post-surgery.
Severe heart rhythm disorders.
Diabetes.
Kidney function or liver function.

1 - Dudas sobre el entrenamiento
¿Cuántas personas pueden entrenar al mismo tiempo?
Cada pack SmartBodyFit (Máquina electroestimulación + Biotraje de electroestimulación) está destinado para un usuario individual, sin embargo, nuestra tecnología inalámbrica multiusuario nos permitirá trabajar con varios usuarios simultáneamente.
- Si quieres entrenar con varias personas simultáneamente necesitarás un pack por cada una de ellas.
- Si por el contrario lo van a utilizar varias personas pero no al mismo tiempo con un pack es suficiente.
Los 2 tipos de packs que tenemos (regulable/skin) contienen todo el material necesario para disfrutar de un entrenamiento en electrofitness al completo.
¿Para qué sirve el control remoto?
El control remoto wireless por radiofrecuencia nos permite controlar hasta 4 dispositivos o máquinas de electroestimulación simultáneamente a distancia.
- Si por ejemplo dispones de dos packs para entrenar a dos personas al mismo tiempo, te aconsejamos que utilices el control remoto para facilitar el control de ambos.
- Si tienes un sólo pack con el control remoto podrás controlar a distancia a tu usuario.
Los entrenamientos grupales ahora son posibles.
Duración del entrenamiento y número de sesiones. ¿Es suficiente 20 minutos?
Nuestra tecnología de vanguardia está diseñada para obtener grandes resultados entrenando 2 veces a la semana (es importante la recuperación muscular entre los entrenamientos) con duración de 20 minutos por entrenamiento. Nuestra fórmula permite la activación de 350 músculos simultáneamente.
¿El entrenamiento es seguro?

¿Cómo se limpia el traje de electroestimulación?
Para un mantenimiento adecuado para una correcta higiene del chaleco de electroestimulación aconsejamos lavar en seco el textil, previamente quitando los cables y electrodos, para que no sean mojados.
¿Puedo utilizar el dispositivo sin conocimientos deportivos?
El entrenador virtual te permitirá un asesoramiento completo con más de 250 vídeos para tu sesión de electrofitness, 2 veces a la semana durante 20 minutos. Podrás realizar tus entrenamientos tanto en casa con apoyo del entrenador virtual como en la calle al aire libre.
