How to return a product?
If you want to make a return, please follow these steps:
- If you have a registered user account (username and password):
- Go to My Account section, you will find the link in the upper right area of the web.
- Select: historical and details of my orders
- Then click on Order Details
- Mark the checkbox of the product you want to return, as well as the number of products.
- o To conclude, write the reason for the return and press the button Request a return.
- If you do not have a registered user account:
- Go to the Contact page.
- Select the subject: Customer Service.
- Enter your email address.
Tell us in the message:
- Name and surname of the person who made the order.
- Email registered by the person who made the order.
- Order reference.
- Indicate the reason for the return, as well as the exact name of the item you want to return and the amount.
If the return is accepted we will contact you to indicate the product shipping details.
Amount refund
Once the item has been received and when the return has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the product or products to be returned will be paid using the same payment method used. Initial shipping costs will not be returned. The amount will be reflected in your account in approximately 7-15 working days from the moment you received the return confirmation email and depending on the conditions of each bank.
